This weekend, while giving myself a head start on Friday’s Garden Update, I took some photos outside of the house using my newly found wide angle setting. I took some inside too but let’s just say I need that tripod…
I also used the “foliage” setting and noticed more vivid colors in my photos.
For the first time, I stood back and captured our entire “forest” by camera. Ok, it’s not a REAL forest but since that’s where the deer hang out and there is poison ivy we call it the forest.
Look how tall those trees are! Howard and I have plans to thin out those trees to keep the healthy growth and open up the yard to a little more sun. But, I’m not sure how we are going to take those tall trees down on our own. It’s surely going to be slow going. Maybe I’ll look back and be able to do a before and after next year. Fingers crossed!
