Christmas Wreath

I never explained how my latest gold spray paint obsession began. It started with this wreath that my mother in law picked up for me at a second hand store.

She knows just how much this girl loves a good spray paint challenge and dared me to make this pine cone wreath work.

My first thought was that this wreath should be white. But then this overwhelming feeling that it should be gold came over me and the rest is history.

After finishing this wreath, I could not put down the can of paint and that is how I ended up with all of the gold pine cones I shared with you last week.

After the paint dried, I added a bow with some gold trim….

Then I patiently waited until the day after Thanksgiving to hang the wreath on the front door.

I hope everyone had a nice Thanksgiving and a great weekend! We spent our time decorating so be sure to check back for more holiday cheer this week!
