Last week I mentioned our two little Christmas trees. One made its way outdoors, as they were intended to. But one found himself a warmer home inside our family room.
The tree has white bulbs but felt very naked without any ornaments. So, I had an idea to make some new ornaments using some of the white seashells I had stashed away. I had found these on a beach years ago and they moved with us into our current home.
Using a little hot glue and some fishing line I was able to make the shells into mini ornaments in no time.
The shells made the perfect size ornaments and I had enough to cover the entire tree.
Now, the tree is feeling a little more festive for the holidays.
It’s really quite pretty at night when we turn on the lights.
Do you have your Christmas tree up yet? I can’t believe Christmas is only three weeks away!
It looks great!
